Meet Dr. Choi
Hello! Thanks for taking the time to visit my website.
I'm a professional musician with over 28 years of experience offering piano, organ, and vocal instruction to students at all levels and ages.

In addition to learning diverse classic repertoires, the lesson will include ear training, harmony, music theory, music history, sight-reading, and technique which will help students to understand the music they like, and try to give them enough tools to enjoy it for the rest of their life!

Some of the material covered in the course involves low sight reading, in-depth terminology, musical phrasing and musical composition, music history, chord structure, cadences, and other areas of music theory. This course is recommended for students with particularly strong abilities in music, or students planning to pursue college music majors.

"Our son began taking lessons from Dr. Choi when he was four years old. We are so thankful for the foundation she laid in those early years. Now eight years later, the development of integral skills and disciplines she taught has instilled in him a consistent love and a detailed desire that he is still carrying with him in piano, classical guitar, and overall scholastic success."

"My 15 year old daughter has been taking piano lessons from Dr. Choi for 2.5 yrs. She loves her teacher and is always excited and looks forward to attend her classes every week. Dr. Choi is a fine teacher and a thorough professional. I have seen my daughter grow and progress quite well with her levels. Dr. Choi is very supportive, encouraging, positive and uplifting towards kids to do their best and nurture their talent. I absolutely recommend Dr. Choi to aspiring musicians."
